SIMPLE INTERGRATION
Use the Alexa app to add additional Smart Devices which they purchase from us and integrate them into their Smart Apartment. When they move out these devices go with the Resident and are wiped from our system
MOVING MADE EASY
Resident “move-in” and “move-out” are all controlled automatically and remotely. When the resident moves out, the Alexa device in the Apartment switches to “vacant” mode which will include remote leasing capabilities.
